I'm commonly in between 5:15-5:45 am. Caleb is 99 out of 100 happy to see folks, very welcoming, remembers names, and ready to help if there's an issue (like me "breaking" a treadmill). Jordan and Shelly are great trainers, usually in for 6AM folks. They both say hello or wave hi.
Both either work around other people or they work-in, if there's need of the same space or equipment. I'm often following the "Never Miss A Monday" workout suggestion, and sometimes I need the sled. So we share.
Towels are clean and ready, the equipment is clean and ready, sometimes something is out-of-order.
The other patrons are good natured, polite, and nearly every time checking in before getting on a machine, or taking the rope attachment.
I can't say if all this is repeated at 5PM. . . but the morning experience is a great one. Thank you everybody at Sky.

Suggestions: Yoga classes could start earlier. 830 or 9 am would make much more sense as 10am is hard to do, with careers and families.
Albert (instructor) is great.
