Although I get frustrated with the frequency of the malfunctioning equipment at both South and Midtown sites, I would still recommend Sky because of the variety of equipment, the volume and variety of "free" sessions, the availability of individual and small-group training sessions, and their locations.

Friendly staff! The people at the front desk are always friendly and even the housekeeping staff are friendly, especially Marcella! She is wonderful! Very capable and educated trainers, especially Jordan Patrick! She is amazing! So knowledgeable! She always makes sure I’m doing every exercise correctly and if I’m ever injured, she always knows just the right modification for me. But, she challenges me and encourages me just the way I need to get maximum benefits and see improvement! I can’t say enough about Jordan. I also like the wide variety of class offerings.

What do you like about our services?

Everyone is helpful and respectful from sales, front counter to instructors. Great class instructors from Body Pump to Yoga. The instructors suggest other classes to to compliment and add to your routine. The instructors try to remember names and are friendly and outgoing. My first personal instructor was not a fit for me and they helped me switch, no hard feelings either way! We, my husband and I, go fairly frequently and the young woman at the front counter is so pleasant to us. It doesn’t feel like a big gym/fitness training facility, it has the local feel with all perks of a big place. We have even used out South if class time was an issue.

What do you like about our services?

I ABSOLUTELY love and value the cleanliness of the gym, especially the ladies locker room. I cannot speak to of the men’s bc I’ve never been in there. Frequently, I shower and get ready at the gym and feel like I am right at home.
The staff are always so polite and speak to the members with kindness, and the members treat the staff with kindness.
It is a positive atmosphere and whether you are at the height of your fitness or just beginning, no on feels like they stick out.
