The instructors for body pump are genuinely interested in their class participants and seem to enjoy instructing the classes.. Great variety of personalities.
Sky BA is my second home. From the moment I walked in over 3 years ago, I knew it was different. I learned how to use the machines and free weights correctly. When other gyms just wanted a fee, trainers here helped me to workout without causing injury. I bring my girls here as it is clean and the locker rooms are impeccably maintained. The employees are always helpful and I love taking classes to switch up the workouts.
