We really appreciate the flexibility. It can be a challenge to fit everything into our daughter's schedule and Sylvan makes it easy for her to get the help she needs when she needs it.

Very easy to work with in terms of scheduling times that work for our family. If we need to change, it's not a problem. I like the reward system (tokens) that encourage kids to work hard. After a long day at school already, a little incentive can go a long way. OUr daughter also really likes the teachers there. She says they're all very nice. We're pretty new to all this, so we haven't seen too much yet in the way of improvement in the academic skills area, but I'm sure that will be coming!
