Tutors seem knowledgeable and are very nice folks, particularly Cathy Chmielewski at the Pine Lake location in Issaquah/Sammamish, WA. My son has always been satisfied and we mainly stopped using the services because he (my son) did not need them and was not utilizing to excel (his lack of motivation, not a Sylvan issue). Overall I have been satisfied with Sylvan and would recommend them to others.
