The one on one attention that is given to my grandson and the joy of seeing him read and asking to read a book for us. He is also reading the signs on buildings and advertisements on billboards. My grandson now gets out of bed as early as 6:30 am to get ready for his 9:00 am class.
Great customer service; one-on-one with kids. Kids love going to Sylvan. Very flexible. Good hours that work with our schedules.

The friendly non formal atmosphere.
I like that the center was able to meet the needs of my daughter by accommodating the time requested by parents. My daughter has felt comfortable working with the tutors/teachers.

The teacher to student ratio is 1 to 3.
I like the fact that the children are held accountable. They are given assignments that they are expected to complete. In addition, the rewards program seems to be very effective particularly in my case. We are doing the writing program and he is expressing himself much better orally and in his writing.

I loved the one on one. Everyone was great with my son and myself. We were kept informed and if we had questions they were more than happy to answer them.
My daughter actually enjoys going to her classes and has more confidence to succeed.
We have just recently begun the Sylvan Learning Center adventure. Our children seem to
be loving the trips back and forth and excited to attend each and every session.
Professional, friendly staff and Director, Jewell. My daughter likes the program and is eager to attend three times a week for three hours each day. Looking forward to our daughter exceling her math and reading skills.
