CorePower seems okay. As a menopausal woman, I am struggling with the heat. As a person away from yoga for 17 years, I am rather out of shape and had difficulty going into plank and crow poses, but am confident I will lose the weight and get back into shape. Thanks for the help!

Good variety of classes offered at good time slots
Good studio with plenty of classes and great teachers (Taylor, Theresa, Valeria, Tony to name a few). Workouts are intensive and I always leave feeling good.
All is great except for the parking situation! Wish there was more dedicated parking close to the studio.
Instructors are very professional & friendly. The studio is clean and large.
I like it overall, the only problem is that there are always too many students in 1 class, can you organize more classes ?
