The instruction is consistent and clear. Classes provide a good workout when I'm in the mood for a stronger practice. I like that the C1 classes are gently heated and modifications are provided.

The instructor was very sweet and encouraging. The flow was a little bit harder, but she allowed plenty of opportunity to level up or level down if necessary.
Love the windows in the studio. Helps me get away from daily stress.
Very friendly staff, extremely clean facility, you have a locker room which you can't always find in yoga studios. The class itself was awesome! The instructor was very good and didn't skip a beat. I like that a little bit of everything was mixed in. It was a nice flow, then some ab workouts, some balancing and inversions if you were up for it. I wanted the class to keep going I loved it so much ! Thanks for a great first experience :)
