Yoga sculpt and HPF! The flows in C2 classes are too repetitive.
Also, the music is so important to me in classes, and your studios usually have good music. Music is second only to the sequence of moves in terms of importance to me.

I have not purchased anything from the facility store itself but enjoy the friendly staff and wonderful instructor Mark on Sundays 8:30 am Core Power Yoga class!! :p
