Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I asked them to clean up the old carpeting in my motor home, although not with much hope for a successful result. What I saw when they were finished (quickly, by the way), exceeded my expectations by far! The original color of the carpets was restored, the pile raised, and stains removed.

The person who came out to do the job was Shawn, very professional wearing his mask and disposable lining for his shoes.

Sean called in advance, arrived on time and was extremely professional from the time he arrived, till the job was done. The carpets looked beautiful when finished and I was pleasantly surprised he was able to get stains out that I thought were permanent. We had our carpets cleaned yesterday and when we woke up this morning we could literally feel the "clean" on our feet, they feel like new. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.
