No chemical products
I was very pleased with the technician and his knowledge. I am very pleased with the carpet. However, I am disappointed in the upholstery cleaning. He explained that due to the fabric there was a limit as to what he could do. But, they look very little different than they were and I don't feel that the $50 per chair was worth the end result.When I made the appointment I asked if the upholstery cleaning is very effective and was told yes. Had I known the end result I would have put the hundred dollars toward new chairs. Hindsight is 20/20.

my carpet look new after the tech clean it. There is a couple spots that appeared when the carpet dried and not able to remove.

This is the first time with your company, so far I like the results, however the carpet was wetter than I expected based on the information I received. However, Ben did an excellent job, timely, explained everything, and was considerate. If the areas of concern continue to look good, then I will be greatly pleased with the results.
