Statelyn was great! He explained the process to us and he was a great communicator. He was in and out quickly and had a smile on his face the whole time he was cleaning. 10/10 would use them again!

Our service person, Stacy J, was very professional. He introduced himself and stated what we could expect. We walked through the house and he told us what he could do for us to clean up the stains. When he was finished he gave us good instructions about what to expect, clean up behind himself, and was very pleasant.

Zerorez did a very good job - 1) Stacy text me the time he could arrive (liked the fact that it was before the time slot given me); 2) he was conscious of protecting my house, although in & out getting his equipment, he always put on shoe protectant booties; 3) he was able to get the many spots out of my rug; 4) he was courteous; and 5) he completed the service in an hour. My carpet looks great!
