No fuss company, carpets looked very good. I was very pleased with the outcome. Equipment was clean and sales person was clean.

I think time will tell as far as the product is concerned...however the carpets look good the product smelled great and dries quite fast. The service was wonderful... arrived in the time frame designated with a call prior to arrival...very courteous, very informative. I had an "add on" so to speak (cleaning a wool area rug) and he was very up front about the cost and did a good job. JOB WELL DONE !!!

My carpets cleaned up very nice, but what I especially liked was the service of the employee. He was polite and did a thorough job. When I needed him to come back to fix a spot, he did that without any hesitation and gladly.

Over all Zerorez did a fine job of cleaning our carpet. They were able to remove a couple of very tough dirt spots in the carpet from a high traffic area in the front room and the carpet was dry to the touch the fallowing day. Job well done....

On time; worked very hard on our 2 cream colored couches which came out beautiful; the rug feels soft barefoot so there really isn't residue left behind.
