We had a serious pet problem in our den. The gentleman who came out was very professional and gave us options as to how we might go about fixing the problem.
The carpet turned out beautiful and because we decided to get the extra services, the smell and stains or gone.
I am very pleased and was even told that Zerorez would come back and touch up any thing if necessary.
It was a bit more than what we wanted to spend but Zerorez definitely saved our carpet.

Actually, what I liked most was Rynell (sp?). He was very nice to work with and it seems that he has done a good job on the carpet. It was quite soiled and looks so much better.

Gentle, but thorough, VERY pleasant fragrance. If I remember correctly, the service was performed by Glenn. He was extremely polite, personable, professional, friendly with our obnoxious little dog, and explained costs and services before he began. Not only that, we had an arrival window between 12-4 and he came early, letting us know in advance when he would arrive, which we greatly appreciated. The service you provided in explaining your process to me on the phone before I made the appointment was great and I also appreciated you asking whether it would be OK for him to arrive early. We were ready and we will definitely use zerorez again in the future. Our carpets look great and we are very pleased. Thank you! (I hope you can read this. The font looks tiny. Name removed
