The person who came to clean my carpets was very friendly and helpful, explained things well (including the extra expenses associated with removing pet smells and messes), and did an excellent job.

Wait time from scheduling to visit was very minimal, especially considering I live in a rural area. Technician was clean and courteous and carefully went over the items to be cleaned, and graciously allowed me to tack on additional items. Carpets and upholstery look clean and bright, good as new even days after the cleaning. I will definately call when items need to be cleaned again.

It's refreshing to work with a Professional, Attentive and Responsive company. The Customer Service/Support is responsive and even though you speak with someone different each time they know you and the situation. The technician that came out was thorough, efficient and friendly. Also, I needed to have them come back out to work on a stain, they scheduled it hassle free! Also, the technician got a couple stains out that have been there for years and other companies have not gotten them out.

We are in Real Estate and work with many vendors across all segments and Zerorez is one of the most pleasant to work with. Oh, and the pricing is reasonable as well.

I love how thorough the technician was. He explained the various spots/stains and what he could do to take care of our carpet. We were afraid our carpet had gotten too dirty and would never look nice again. We were wrong. When the carpets were done getting cleaned, they looked fabulous!

We liked everything about ZeroRez from no chemicals or chemical smells to the carpets being barely damp after being cleaned. Our carpets hadn't been cleaned for a long time and the difference is extremely obvious. There were some stains on the carpets we weren't sure would come out. Chris S sprayed a little orange based cleaner on them and most stains came out. If we had done this earlier, I'm sure all of the stains would have been removed. We won't wait as long before we have our carpets cleaned by ZeroRez. Thank you for the quality cleaning and exceptional customer service.

My husband was home for the cleaning [not me] and was very impressed with how thorough the personnel was. Our daughter had a cat that marked his territory EVERYWHERE and the technician was thoughtful to show my husband the stains [yuck] and how he was going to treat them. Overall the areas look and smell much better.

First, Zachary was courteous and professional while performing the carpet cleaning in my home. He explained the care he would be providing with my carpet. Despite what I was promised with a quote over the phone while scheduling the cleaning, a bedroom, living room, stairs and landing; I wanted to get my carpet cleaned for my daughter ‘s Christmas visit so I agreed to pay the added $30. Zachary recommended Scotchguard for the living room And staircase Berber carpeting, so I agreed to include this additional charge. I didn’t have 3x rooms, just the 2x plus stairs so I felt like the $160 quotes was fair but I ended paying $230! I knew one stain was permanent but I am disappointed that the coffee spill and dirt from tennis ball marks would have been removed. Zachary did suggest if after carpet dries and vacuuming over certain spots don’t come out to call to have them come out. So I trust Zerorez will send Zachary or another to honor this promise especially for the additional cost I didn’t expect to pay. My carpet is still drying on the stairs and landing so I am hopeful. Thank you for allowing me to share my comments with Zerorez products and service. I would like to remain a continued satisfied customer. First name removed

The carpet dried much faster than I expected. I get my carpet cleaned every year, and I expect parts to be wet for two days. Not this time with Zerorez.

The carpets in our rental are so clean!! And after 3 months I have finally slept through the night without waking up in the night sneezing or being completely congested, I hadn't slept well since we moved into our home. Once I realized it had to be pet dander and dirt and whatever else living in the carpets, we called to have Zerorez to come out and clean the carpets. The technician used the blue light to show us what was actually existing on the carpets: feces marks, tons of urine spots and even some it went up onto the walls from a cat spraying. I was disgusted and I knew the carpets were the issue. Now I sleep well, our carpets dried by the end of the day (that never happens with regular carpet shampooers or steamers), the carpets are several shades lighter in color, and so very soft and clean, my feet don't get dirty either when I walk barefoot on the rugs. And the technician, Jackson, was kind, explained the process, let us move our furniture around so as to get every section of carpet in each room, and he worked hard to clean the carpets fully in a timely manner. Never will we use a shampoo company or a commercial shampoer again. Plus there are 0 chemicals used in the process which is great for, us our dogs and kiddo's health.

The company is worthy of top quality recommendations. The product they use works and the extra attention to stains almost always meets with success. Even if it takes a return visit, which is hardly ever required, they will do all they can to meet my needs. I have been using this company since it's beginning in Portland. One of the owners, Stacey, was the technician that did my home carpets. I have rentals and ever since I have tried Zerorez I've not gone back to Atiyeh Carpet Cleaning or any other. My carpets are old and I know I'll have to replace them soon. Zerorez cleaned them so much better than I thought they would given the condition it was in. Zachary was very knowledgeable about removing cat stains and odor.

Our rugs look great!! Bentley did a fantastic job getting out lots of spots that I never thought could be eradicated. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and did his work professionally. He took time to explain how he was going to treat the spots and afterward, showed me the results. He was polite and respectful and worked every minute of his time here.
