The technician was very polite and did an excellent job. The only improvement I can offer is a better estimate of the arrival time. I was ready at 12:00, the stated appointment time, but he didn't arrive until 1:30. Perhaps the tech could text the customer and give them a more reliable estimate when appointments are running behind.
I will definitely use Zerorez again next year!

We book our appointments in blocks of 4 hour windows so it is just an estimated arrival time window depending on how the job before you went it may or may not make the technicians time run slower or faster this is why we have our technician call you when they are between 2-30 minutes away from your home. We have to allow for things such as traffic, drive time and unexpected heavily soiled carpets. We pride ourselves in attention to detail, friendly staff & excellent results. We look forward to providing you with excellent service.

Loved my technician, very precise and knowledgeable. My carpets look brand new and we had a leak that mixed in with painted drywall dust. It all came out. I'm so happy! The clean smell is fantastic too... we have 5 dogs and it doesnt smell like it!

I like that it's not cleaned with chemicals, and no soap residue is left in the carpet fibers, so the rug is truly clean. And it should stay clean longer, because there is no soap residue to attract dirt, like with other companies. Bently Jensen is a very knowledgeable technician, and he does his job with great customer service.

I was disappointed to see the "opportunity" to tip when presented with the invoice. Haven't seen that before and didn't think the time would come for such a thing. Is it really an "expectation" to tip the carpet cleaner, now?

Friendly, on time, knowledgeable tech. Carpet seems to be clean without the crunchy feeling. It hasn’t been even 24 hours since the service so time will tell if the high traffic and/or soiled areas will appear dirty quickly or not. I do like the technology of the carpet getting cleaned without the sticky soaps that can attract dirt later. Thank you for this option.
From the beginning, they followed through with what they promised. I received a text the day prior to confirm and Joel, the service representative called to say he was on his way. Joel was on time, professional and thorough. We have had many different companies clean our carpet and nobody worked as hard as Joel did.
He was very nice and good job my house did not small.
Show up on time, don’t go crazy on the upsell, do a great job on the carpets.
