I have my carpets cleaned every Fall with Zero Rez. My carpets were installed in 2001. They still look great. I’m very happy with the service and end result… clean carpets that feel soft and have no chemical smell or sticky residue.

I just got the 3 rooms special basic cleaning and it was great. I will probably try the deep cleaning add ones next time for some trouble spots. The carpets dried relatively fast, unlike other services.

Although your technician was kind enough to spot treat a couple of spots to show me the difference, truly grateful for that.

I always love the fact that my carpets are truly dry by the next morning and they look so wonderful! It is great knowing that there are not chemicals left in my carpet because of their special infused water!
