What do you like about our products and services?

Love the non-toxic, pet friendly products used, and best of all the results - 5 year old carpet looks almost new! Friendly staff that does a great job explaining products and services. With 2 dogs that track in a lot of the outdoors, their carpet cleaning services have become annual home maintenance for me.

What do you like about our products and services?

We have used Zerorez since 2010 when we moved to Beaverton area. Carpets look and feel fresh as new! Pet stains, odors and spots are gone after cleaning with Zerorez! We will continue to use and recommend Zerorez to our friends and neighbors. MWV & SKH

Like the use of water not chemicals. My husband did have a reaction to the pretreatment chemicals though. The carpets looked great after cleaning.

Ben was an outstanding employee of our three annual cleanings. Very honest, easy going and personable. The zero chemical clean is always amazing and good for the earth and our health too!! We will never go back.

What do you like about our products and services?

The young man who worked on our carpets, William, was very determined to get it done right.
He was also courteous, and respectful.
He did not try to oversell, which I appreciated.
(I have had carpet workers from a different company follow me around trying to sell me deodorizer or a coating like Teflon, etc. added to the cost. But he mentioned add-ons once and left me alone. I appreciated that!)
One particular spot he worked on came out while he was there and didn't return after the carpet dried.
Unfortunately, a coffee stain which seemed to disappear, did return after the carpet dried.
He did say that the coffee stain may happen to come back and he could return to treat it again, for a fee.
So we actually expected to see the stains come back, as they always have in the past.
We were pretty excited to see that the one stain came out after he worked on it.
Job well done and he was quick.

We are very happy with the service we were given. Audric was very nice and did a great job! Our neighbors wanted to know if we were happy with the service and we highly recommended your company. They will be having theirs done on Thursday!
