The friendly professionalism is the greatest and I like that my carpets are not left as wet as with other companies. Our carpets were in very bad shape, Chris went over and beyond to get them clean. They look GREAT, I'm AMAZED !!
I absolutely love the way my carpets look and feel. I do need to say your marketing is a bit of a bait and switch considering my $129 dollar cleaning ended up costing me $308. The add on services/treatments really do the job but $65 a/pc is pretty steep.

I believe that Joel, but I am not sure, was the representative that cared for the carpeting at Wilson Lane. The date was June 23 or 24. He was very understanding because I was late. I was his first customer and I was very apologetic but he took it in stride and was so very professional. He did a great job and represented your company so very well!
