This is the second time that we used Zerorez Portland. They gave me a 4 hour window of when they would be at our building the day or two before. Then the day of the service they called me in the morning and said that they would be arriving in 30 minutes. That was perfect since we don't always have someone there daily. They cleaned out carpets within the estimated timeframe. They then called me when they were almost done and I came over to discuss what was done. We are very happy with the service.

This is the only company I will ever use to have my carpets cleaned. From the first visit it was obvious this company was far superior to others we have used in the past. Chris came out today & did a phenomenal job. He is friendly, knowledgeable, went above & beyond to make sure we were happy & everything was to our satisfaction, & he had great communication. He sets the bar very high & is a phenomenal asset to your company.. My carpets look & smell brand new again.

My recent carpet cleaning went very well. The technician called about 25 minutes ahead of arrival and was very professional throughout the visit. He followed covid 19 protocols and answered my questions about disinfecting equipment prior to visiting. I felt safe having him in my home. The carpet cleaning was excellent as usual.

Nick has cleaned my carpets and tile for 3 years now. He has done a great job and is an extremely hard worker. It doesn't take as long to dry so I can put back furniture, etc. quicker. Always looks good
