Tech was very courteous. But I was disappointed that carpets did not come as clean as I thought they would. There was a traffic pattern but we never had a problem with the cleaning in NV where I have used Zerorez several times.

It all just works!! I was especially impressed with how the high traffic areas were so clean. We didn’t have such good results with the previous carpet cleaning service. After checking the areas to be cleaned, the service tech said our carpet would at least look 100% better. Well we can confirm it does!!

When the tech came I told him what I needed done I needed the entire lower floor cleaned, explained to him what I was looking for and in the end, he didn’t do the lower bathroom or entry way tile. There was leftover debris in the laundry room and the bathroom that I had to pick up Third time with Zero Rez, doubtful I’ll call you ever again
