I like the fact you don't use chemicals on the carpet and the techs have always done a really good job. However, when the techs came to do the ducts last week their vehicle left large oil spots on my driveway and when the tech came yesterday to do half of the carpet in my house (I have carpet everywhere), their vehicle also left oil spots.. When the techs come next Tuesday to finish the other half of the carpet, I am going to have to request that they park in the street so I don't have any more oil spots in my driveway which I was unable to get up with oil/grease remover.

Technician was on time and notified me ahead of his ETA. He was very polite and listened to my requests and concerns. The carpet cleaning was excellent and the stone and grout cleaning was pretty amazing. The carpet wasn’t super wet after cleaning and dried in a couple of hours. My husband and I moved all the larger furniture. It was worth the effort.
