Professional courteous service

Each time a very courteous, good PR skills, explained the system, told about fiber protection without being really "pushy". Tyler that was out on Tuesday met all these points listed. He also was a good listener when I asked questions and always answered to my expectations.
One item that the Zerorez could do: I didn't think to ask some of these concerns. With fiber protection, we were told to not vacuum for 3 days. Our furniture is all moved out of two rooms-could we move the furniture back on when carpet is now dry or is it important to vacuum the floor after the 3 days and before we move any furniture back? I called your phone number but did not get a direct answer. I understand there could be variances due to carpet but I thought he looked up my account but thought their would be some info there or someone would have called me back. This is not the fault of Tyler who was out here. Thanks.

I like the face that Zerorez uses water and not smelly chemicals. It just seems to be cleaner and purer. This is the second time we used Zerorez. We liked the person who came here to clean our carpeting. His explanations of what he would be doing and his pricing before he started seemed so decent and honest. We'll have Zerorez again, when we need our carpeting cleaned again.

They are prompt, do a fantastic job, and are very professional. My carpets come out looking really good, considering the wear and tear from rental families. I always recommend Zerorez, and have been using them for many years, in several properties.

The representative was courteous and knowledgeable. He was careful and mindful of furniture, etc. He did a super job and we are very pleased!

Derek - your tech - was incredible! He had real people skills and did a great job on the cleaning and it was a tough carpet to clean! He made gave us choices without doing a sales pitch -and was helpful and honest about those options. His recommendation was RIGHT ON! He was also cognizant of the fact that we - like most folks - aren't rich and tried to give us the best service for the money. We couldn't believe he got the terrible stains and odor from the carpet from dog vomit and other animal problems out. It was a near miracle! The only minor inconvenience (we call it minor because the service when it happened was outstanding - it would have been more irritating if the service wasn't exceptional) was that we waited and waited and the service started just outside the window. We felt that we could have been better informed about the cleaning delayed to around 6 pm sooner so that would have freed us up to be away from the house for a short time to run errands etc... We can't say enough about the cleaning your company does and your great tech Derek! As a result we are getting our ducts cleaned by Zerorez also.
