Service was excellent, explained things but didnt "push" for additional services. Products seem to be very good and do the job they were intended for. Have no complaints, would certainly use this service again.

We were very impressed with the carpet cleaning we had done. Tyler was our technician, and did an amazing job! He spent time educating us on the different options to get some stains out. He was professional,friendly, and has great customer service skills! He did an amazing job! This guy deserves a raise!

When Andrew came out he was very friendly, explained everything, and took the time to find the right solution for what we needed. I like that we get free lifetime refills on the zero-stink bottle. We were very pleased with the service and outcome of Zerorez.

Everything went as planned. From the original call, where the rep spoke English fluently and answered all of my questions without once putting me on hold. James, the Tech, called about 15 minutes before arrival as planned and went over everything, including prices, before he started. Very satisfied. Does Zerorez have any kind of a referral program for sending new customers your way?
