Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately the Ink stain on the carpet did not fully come out but it’s ink. The gentleman that came was super nice, professional and I would absolutely recommend him and this company to others.

The man who did our carpet was amazing. He went above and beyond to get stains out. Was going to replace our carpet soon, but now it looks so good that I will be holding off on replacement. Highly recommend this technician!

Scheduling was easy to do. Service technician took time to treat problem areas and worked right along. I wanted to purchase some spot treatment. When he checked the truck, there wasn't any so he said he would bring it by after he finished his day and went back to the shop. Later that evening he dropped it by. The carpet looks great! It dries faster and stays clean longer than other cleaning products.

Easy to schedule,choice of morning or afternoon,service call letting me decide if it was too late, gave accurate arrival time, very polite and very professional serviceman ( Jordan) I think. Worked diligently. With a concern of mine he suggested a particular treatment for the room,which I am thrilled about.he was careful,protected corners,and my wood recliners. Last years man did not. Couldn’t be more pleased with this gracious young man! He’s an excellent representative of your company…don’t lose this one!
