The technician looked over ALL of the carpet first. He listened to me when I told him where my carpet had stains and needed to be pretreated. He was easy to communicate with and was pleasant. He did a thorough job. My house smelled fresh afterwards. The carpet was clean and fuller/more fluffy. It didn't take a long time to dry. I would recommend zerorez and will have them come back. Just a quick trick and I have not tried it yet. My Daughter said she cleans up makeup with a cotton pad and Makeup remover. I am quessing you have to get right on it.
That was one of my problems, that did not come completly out.

I like the idea of nothing left in the carpet to attract dirt...the problem I have always found with other carpet cleaners.

I really appreciated that the crew did not try to charge me for little things that I did not want or need. I gave them the amount I could spend and they kept it to that. The carpets look and smell completely different and I cannot be more thrilled with the results. I am no longer embarassed of the way my home looks.

PRODUCT DOES QUITW WELL AN SERVICE WAS GREAT

This was the first time our carpets have ever been cleaned. We are so very happy with the results. The carpets look great and I know there is no soap residue left in the carpets to attract dirt. Your technician explained everything to me and got my carpets cleaned in a very timely manner.

The service technician explained what he was going to do and was honest in his assessment of how well some of the stains might or might not respond to treatment. I also liked the fact that he left product for me to use on my carpet between visits. He arrived at the time that was specified and was courteous and competent.

Answered all my questions. Told me how to maintain my flooring. I felt the products used to clean my floor was safe for my pets.
