We have used Zerorez for a number of years and they always do a great job. The technicians are always professional and friendly. This cleaning was no different, Kendall did a great job, addressed a couple of areas where we had some extra traffic and was very professional and friendly. We have the carpets done annually and will continue to have Zerorez do our cleaning.

The young man, Kendall, who cleaned our carpet was polite, efficient, hardworking and thorough. He took his time to do the job right. We did find though, that it took 3 days for the carpet to be completely dry. But we do feel Zerorez does a very nice job!

I am moving back tp Iowa and wanted the carpet in my entire home cleaned before I moved in. I have to admit I was worried that I might need to replace the carpet. A good friend of mine mentioned that she had used Zerorez and received great service so I thought I would give it a try also. I can’t say enough good things about Angel Y. He did a superior job and I honestly can’t believe how amazing my carpet looks!
