As promised we received a telephone call prior to the technicians arrival, which was in the timeframe agreed to. Lou and Chase were very professional, courteous and answered the many questions we had. The service provided by Zerorez from our first call to the finished product was first class. Just had my carpets cleaned this Tuesday 4/3/18. Andre Dobbs was my tech and did an excellent job. He explained the procedure, was on time, friendly, did excellent work. He offered additional services as well. He had a helper and i was impressed how he explained what he was doing as the work got done. I've used Zerorez numerous times but this was the best.

People are friendly and professional. Phone service, however, has become difficult - often times: when you finally get a real person, they frequently dont know the answer to a question and have to put you on hold again. Calls have become a longer than necessary process.

I love that your products are natural

We have had our carpets cleaned a couple of times by Zerorez and they have done a great job each time. We had pet stains that they removed and the carpets look great. We liked the added scrub brush treatment it helped a lot. They get the job done in a timely manner and the people doing the work have always been very nice.
