Zerorez stood up, owned and made right an issue that I had regarding their previous service. Spoke with Dave the Office Manager and he handled the scheduling and follow up appointment.

The subsequent cleaning was very good, which is what I had become accustomed too from Zerorez over the past 10 years.

My carpets were old and had pet stains. The Tech examined the carpets and made recommendations without any pressure. We agreed on a plan and the carpet came out even cleaner that I expected.
The Technician was friendly, and very honest about what could be done.

The technicians were very friendly and on time. I had a couple of pet stains that I was previously unaware of at time of booking and they thoroughly explained my options and gave me their honest opinion of which one to use and it wasn't the most expensive option which is appreciated when it's clear the business cares about you and your actual needs over the money. They were efficient, checked if everything looked okay, and I love that the carpets weren't soaking wet and that ZeroRez doesn't use chemicals or harsh products!

Zach was great. He did a wonderful job, especially working hard to get a spot out. We will definitely use ZeroRez again because of our experience.
