Really liked that he was on time, protected the other surfaces in my home that were not carpet(ie. walls and hardwood floors) and listened to my concerns regarding previous stains. Like the lack of chemicals to clean the carpets. The guys who came out were friendly, very courteous, did a great job! Your process makes sure hoses don't bang walls you do not track in dirt etc. you cost a bit more but worth it!
