We loved our technician, we liked the thorough explanations, we liked on-site quoting for rugs, we felt like the carpet was cleaned well.
My carpet was starting to look pretty ratty and now it looks new again because Derek did a GREAT job cleaning it! He was on-time as well as very polite and professional. He also explained the different upgrades and their benefits but did not pressure me into purchasing them. I don't think I've ever purchased a carpet cleaning upgrade, but his explanations were so helpful that I purchased the post-cleaning protectant.
