The carpet isn't sticky after cleaning and it looks almost new after 13 years of wear.

Tony was great. Worked very hard and explained the different types of carpets and how they would clean up. The carpets came very clean. It's only been a couple of days and we're hoping the stains don't return.

The technicians, Russ Holzer & David Hanby arrived on time and presented themselves in a professional manner. Prior to their arrival David called us saying they were 20 minutes away. Their appearance and attitudes were excellent. They communicated very clearly what would be done and the timeframe in which the job would be accomplished. Both Russ & David demonstrated sincere concern that we were satisfied with the results of their efforts. The end results were that our carpets looked and felt better than they had following any prior cleaning service experience, and the grout in our tile looked brand new! Bottom line, Zerorez has got a good thing going with the cleaning technology being used. Better yet are the people you have delivering your service. Russ and David delivered a level of customer service not often found in today's service industry. You should be proud to have these gentlemen on your team. We will tell our friends about our good experience with Zerorez.

The commercial we heard on the radio, said that ALL stains could be gotten out, but there were some stains that the techs could not get out, so we were very disappointed by that. We appreciate how clean and fresh it seemed in the house after the cleaning, with no chemical odors, or that usual dusty smell I have when someone cleans the carpets. Overall, it was a wonderful service, with professional technicians who did a very good job. We have already referred new business to you, and I am excited to hear how their cleaning went. I would use your company again.

My carpets always get squeaky clean and dry fast. The cleaners are also very good about calling to let you know when they will be there, they are polite and also very careful to protect corners, wipe up any liquid that might get on the floor. Highly professional. I have recommended your company to family and friends and will continue to do so.

We had all the carpets cleaned in the house we recently purchased and with the exception of two spots (which we were told by the technician before he started cleaning that they probably could not remove them and they might require a "patch"), all the carpeting now looks like brand new carpeting. I appreciated his honesty. I think our carpeting is even cleaner now than new carpeting, because of the sanitizing that is used by Zerorez. Dennis Prager is correct when he states that it's the best. I plan to have two club chairs and ottomans cleaned by Zerorez before too long. It's good to know that one company can do many things and do them well, to help our home look good and at the same time be healthy.

The two workers were very professional and worked really hard to get the job done. However, there were some spots that were not cleaned to our satisfaction. However, in the workers defense the spots showed up after the carpet dried.

There is no soap left in the carpets and they stay clean longer.

For the record, I was a bit disappointed this time. There were three or four spots left in the carpet after thery were cleaned.

Customer service was great from the first contact through to the end of the service.

When I got home from work I was pleasently suprised at how clean and fresh the house smelled. The carpet looked GREAT and the results far exceeded the competition! My wife said the tech was pleasent and did a great job! We are done looking for a good service because we just found a GREAT ONE!
