The only thing that ticked me off was a friend brought their dog and he piddles on my newly cleaned carpet. Can you believe it?????

The staff is always on time and very thorough with their cleanings. They go above and beyond what is typical when it comes to cleaning my carpets. I feel like they are working hard as if they are cleaning their own carpets.

Stain remover product that I bought. It works well. Also, your technician made a special trip to get it to me because I had a dog stain withint a week. The technician cleaned it for me when he came. I was very impressed. Great customer service!

I liked how it didn't "smell" wet! It smelled fresh and clean. And so far all of my stains I was worried about have not resurfaced AND my carpet almost looks better then the day I had it installed (approx 5 years ago).
