I have had my carpets cleaned 3 times in the last 3 months. I have reoccuring spots that keep coming back each time they are cleaned. I mentioned it to the person I spoke to on the phone and they assured me I had come to the right place. It has been two weeks now and the spots are not back yet. I asked the tech what to do if they came back and he sid "do not hesitate to call" and I'll come back. Hoping they don't reoccure.

When they were done they cleaned up and explained what I needed to do. Payment process way easy and off they went. Great company and I will use it again.

The employees were great and my carpets look like new!
The work is always done extremely well and the carpets are cleaner than any other carpet cleaning service that I have used. The staff always is respectful of our home and protective of covering their shoes so there is no tracked in dirt after the work is completed. Prices are very good. The appointments are quick and accomodating to my schedule. Very pleasant and professional staff from the appointment booking to the crew doing the cleaning.

My appointment was made swiftly for the next morning. The crew arrived earlier than expected (a good thing), was extremely professional about gathering the information needed to do the job, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. They were a genuine pleasure to work with.
