Setting up a day and time was very efficient. The 2 men that arrived were polite, nice and very yet professional.Michael was the lead technician and his assistant was Marcell (I believe).They worked very hard to do what they could to make our carpets as clean and stain free as possible. I appreciated their being upfront regarding some of our carpet wear and stains and Michael walking the rooms beforehand and giving me his opinion on what he felt would come clean and what would probably not. In the end, Michael was right about the issues he thought may be an problem and even got many stains out that he was not sure they could remove. I felt like they really cared about my home and it was not just "another job" to finish. They did all they could to treat it with prestain product and worked hard to remove what they could.Thank you, I will use Zerorez again
