Service person showed up as scheduled and was very professional. No pressure upselling. Service person was very thorough and did great work, my carpets look much improved. Also sent out my area rug for cleaning with Zerorez as they offer that service as well. Very easy company and service person to work with. I highly recommend them. They are more expensive than the bargain carpet cleaning services, but you truly get what you pay for.
Dre was extremely professional, made our nine year old carpets look brand new. We will definitely be using Dre again when it’s time for the carpet to be cleaned.
