I like how the workouts are structured & led by the coaches. Aside from remembering to get there on-time with your shoes you don't have to try & plan what you are going to do.
The coaches are the best! They are very motivating and kind when giving coaching ideas that help. I like the structure and that it is different everyday.
I love that my name was remembered even though I'd never been there. The staff and coach were extremely friendly and encouraging. Even the other participants were encouraging, and I'd suggest this to anyone looking to improve their fitness!
I love that I don’t have to think about anything, I just do what I’m told. The coaches are supportive and always there to ensure proper form & encouragement. It’s a very supportive environment.
I love the trainers who help and motivate, the music, group setting all doing the same exercises. I love the challenges and stuff done around holidays. I love the variety and rotating to weight, treads etc. I love how in shape my body has become in the year I have been doing it. This is the most consistent thing I have every done with exercise.
Working out at OTF is so much fun! The workouts are all high energy and the coaches are all amazing! The workouts vary each time and really works the whole body. I have seen amazing results after working out at OTF!
The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. The workout pushes you to try improve but keeps you within your limits. There is just so much positive energy in the room between the music and the coach. Love it! :)
