What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy the clean and modern environment, the constant encouragement, the high quality equipment that is in good condition, and the knowledgeable trainers. This is the first gym I actually enjoy coming to.

I love how every workout is different and challenging. My husband and I joined a year ago and still love getting our burn on at OTF!

The music, the actual workouts, the coaches and the front desk workers. It is an amazing place to workout every morning

What do you like about our workout?

I love the results I am getting!! I have achieved a PR In one marathon and a second fastest in another.I appreciate the coaches when they push and encourage me to push my limits! I like the class structure! I wished it was not so expensive!! I would like to see more suggestions on diet and good eating!!

What do you like about our workout?

The cardio on the treadmil.. The variation in strength, endurance and speed. I have difficulty on the floor but the trainers are good to give me instruction on alternatives. I never have been a fan of exercise but feel it is a necessity especially at my age. OTF with your structured routines is just what I need.

I like that it is a little different every day and that I feel like I had hard workout by the time I'm done without it making me extremely sore the following day. I like all of the trainers, and I enjoy seeing a lot of the same faces there each morning.

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts at OTF change every day with time divided between the weight floor, treadmills and rowers. That gives you a full body workout and an insane calorie burn! I love having a coach there to make sure I am doing the exercises properly to get the most benefit and avoid injury.
