I love the instuctors, all the members, and how much of a family we have become. It is so nice to be in a place where women boost you up instead of knock you down. The work-outs are great and the instuctors are all so knowledgeable.

First it is the ability to work out early. My workout is done, and after a days work that's all that matters, that I did something for myself. Second the instructor is amazing live her. And I do like every one of the fill ins. Third the convenience of the location to me.

The supportive feel when walking in and then finding out that it's real. Caring people. Coaching. Making the program work for everyone no matter their size. Did I mention support? The fact that someone has your back. Correcting how to do something without making you feel stupid. Letting everyone find their own "10". This is week 4 for me and I feel stronger already. That has never happened to me before.

What I love most about the MAX is the people..... good day or bad there truly is no judgement!!! Actually, on the days I do not want to go, that's when someone in that room will make me so glad I did!

My instructor Roseann who motivates me to give it my all always. And ofcourse my classmates at 8:30am, they welcomed me with me open arms. Feeling great!

I love the support you get - your class becomes like a family with a common goal - Liz is so motivating - I love that I'm not afraid to go at my own pace and push myself without fear of looking like a jerk :) I absolutely love the Max !!!

I absolutely love the MAX!

Something I would consider is using Saturday and Sunday or at least just Saturday as a "make up" morning.

Ex:

7am cardio
8am arms
9am legs

So if someone misses one of the week day classes they can make up the day on the weekend and not feel like theyre missing work outs for the week.

Other than that everything is great! Trainers, music, location, people! No complaints from me.

What I love most about the program is the people - from the instructors to my fellow Maxer's they are all upbeat and very motivating. That can only make for a successful outcome!!!

Definitely recommend the MAX. It's a very motivational atmosphere. You almost feel like you have your very own personal trainer and one from experience can tell you. The workouts are very well rewarding and worth it, just 45 minutes of your day and key is to keep up with Nutrition! So, what are the rest of you guys waiting for..Just MAX it out!!!!

I love the supportive atmosphere and the instructors. They really care and want us all to be successful in our fitness and nutrition goals. I've always enjoyed group fitness, much better than going to a gym and using a machine for 45 minutes.

Very convenient and although we know what workout is scheduled, (upper body day etc) it's always different. Classes are 45 mins so it's not a beat down everyday! Lol

Not able to put into words how amazing the instructors are. They truly are an inspiration so uplifting ,loving they truly care and want to watch you reach your goals .. there motivation and energy they bring to the class is like no "gym or program " anywhere .. it's something you have to try to understand. Once u try you to will understand it's a life changing experience with life time friends ... god bless all our maxERS.. u am grateful
