I love the commoradity between us and the instructors. Everyone is positive and supportive not only during your class but anytime you need them. I love that we can also do nutrition with the instructors it's an awesome experience from working out to help with nutrition. No place lime it.This place is more then a gym its a family .

Everything the instructors and people are great ! You never feel self conscious and everyone encourages eachother to succeed ! Instructors are approachable and friendly! The exercise program is constantly changing So if you hate an exercise you'll be on to something else in a minute

Trainers are so knowledgeable. They are wonderful!! I love how they modify exercises for clients without singling anyone out. They genuinely care!!

I love the workouts, I love the feeling of accomplishment and getting stronger. I love the 6am class and Erica! I love that it's 45 minutes!

The Great Kills location has infectious energy! Erika, my 5am instructor is a great teacher who always shares the right quote or message to get me motivated or thinking about why I go to the Max in the first place.
