I am VERY happy with many aspects of the Max Challenge!

1. I love the flexibility of the schedule. I can go anytime (multiple times), anywhere (multiple locations) during the day.
2. Not 2 days are the same! ie: Tuesdays are arm days, but not 2 arm days have been the same. I'll NEVER get bored!!
3. The price! Where can you find customized assistance for the price? NOWHERE!
4. The Trainers!! are the best. Danielle is my trainer (9:15 GK). She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, considerate and she knows her stuff! She makes every class fun!!
5. The food plan is easy to follow. What other program has recipes? No other!
6. I can go at my own pace. When I started the Max on 1/9/17, I was in terrible shape. I took my time (which Danielle encouraged) and never felt embarrassed because I couldn't keep up. I'm am now Legacy, and can do more than I ever thought!
7. I feel great!! The stretching and cardio have helped me tremendously with my arthritis.
I have more confidence in myself and am pain free.

I joined the Max to lose weight. I have lost 31 pounds since I started which is amazing because I am very petite. I am 4' 11". I started at 150 and now weigh 119. That is 20% of my body weight. I'm down 3 sizes and haven't felt this good in years. I would recommend the MAX to anyone. It's the best thing I have done for myself in years

Since I began I became addicted ! The instructors are extremely motivating, people friendly Has become my other family! Even when sometimes in a funk Don't want to disappoint my workout buddies I go and am always glad I did !! In the 9 months I've been a member I've seen nothing but results❤️

The staff & program is amazing & you get results. The dtaff guides you & supports you and does everything thry can to help you succeed. I have lost weight and feel so much more healthier. If you follow the nutrition plan and show up to class , you can't fail !!!!

I love the way I feel when I leave a class. I love how much fun I have while working out. I love the friends I have met and that everyone is very supportive. There is no judgement. Joining the max challenge was the best gift I have ever given myself. I'm feeling comfortable, confident and strong in my body again which after having stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma and going through 6 rough months of chemo I never thought possible. Thank you to The Max Challenge!

Erica is enthusiastic and supportive about the program and about the members achieving their personal best. She knows All members by name and encourages them to keep going (even when you feel you just can't! Even after all of the challenges she takes her time with the new people and explains every exercise and stretch. She is a wonderful instructor. And you must be extra motivating for the 5 am class.

I joined the MAX in October 2016 through I think February 2017. I recently reactivated my membership. The Max 5 days a week definitely kept all my weight off!! I feel better already after two weeks.

I love that it's not a competition and that you can try your best without anyone making fun of you. Linda is patient and helps coach me through the exercises when I don't have the quite right or assists with modifications if I can't.
