I love how friendly and supportive everyone is. I love that I don't feel intimidated and I'm comfortably surrounded by people of all ages, sizes, and physical ability. I also love that every class is different but you can anticipate some aspects (i.e., warm up, abs, etc).

What I love most about the Max Challenge is that we are a family! From the instructors to the members. We have all developed a bond and respect for one another. Everyone supports each other. The Max provides you with all the tools and support you need to achieve your fitness goal.

The max is the only place you can go and actually enjoy what you are doing for yourself. The people and atmosphere are fantastic no matter what facility you visit.,That's why I have been doing the MAX for almost 4 years now.

The Max is an amazing program. The trainers are very motivational and make exercising fun. I love that each day you work on a different part of your body, but I especially love the support you get from everyone in your class.

I love how comfortable I feel at the Max all the instructors go the extra mile to help you accomplish your goals you really get to know your class and they start becoming your friends thatt you look forward too seeing everyday. I feel like the Max is like a family to me I love how they change up the routine so its not repetitive or boring and the 45 min just speeds by and you realize wow i can do this

The positive,uplifting,encouraging atmosphere of the staff which radiates to everyone that goes... the only depends are the ones they encourage you to put on yourself...diet plan is self explanatory and easy to follow when you put some time and effort into it. I'm half way through and already planning on continuing....it definitely is has an effect on my body, mind and spirit!!!
