I love how motivated I feel every time I'm there. The exercise and nutrition are exceptional. I loved my instructor and luckily her replacement is just as good and she's kicking out butts every day. I absolutely love going to workout and look forward to getting up at 5:30 in the morning to make it to my 6am class.

I have recommended the Max program to anyone that will listen.

I have been going to gyms since my 20s, almost 30 years. This is actually the first gym that I enjoy and enjoy coming. It's not easy, and I'm exhausted, but the trainers are terrific and very encouraging. The classes are fun, perfectly paced for athletic people and "not athletic" people like myself.

I love the program because it is something different every time and you don't get bored!!!
The nutrition is a big help also!

I love that everyone involved wants each and every person to succeed. That includes the owners, the instructors, and my fellow "maxers." I never feel stupid asking a question about nuitrtion, or how to do an exercise. It is the first program that I have "truly" stuck with and I believe it's because of the connection I have made with everyone at the gym !

It really is for everybody and we all just do what we can and work hard. The trainers are awesome and understanding. My main challenge is creating a routine of better choices everyday and the day begins with the Max!

Starting the Max Challenge has changed my life. I have gained strength, confidence and increased self-confidence. Although all of the trainers are excellent, my favorite is Malcolm!

This is a great program and I can see it helping a lot of people who want to lose weight or to simply get fit. The trainers, especially Melissa who leads the morning sessions, are dedicated, very knowledgeable and make it fun (yes, even at 5am!).
The only drawback in my opinion is space....there is not much of it to move around. (The trainer makes it work, but it gets crowded.) Regardless, the results are visible and seeing the same faces everyday motivates me to show up.
