It is like having a personal trainer but you are surrounded by people with the same goals as your support system. This is working for me - that's all I can say.

Speaking from the UC Sheriff's Office 12:40 class, I would like to share that all of the trainers, that I have met thus far, are competent, professional, friendly and considerate. They welcome all levels of stamina and help you to adjust the exercise based on your ability, if need be......

I lost a 33 year old son in November and have had several set-backs.....however, coming to Max helps tremendously with both mental and physical health....I'm not where I was back in June 2016 but I'm working on it..

Even though I am so very sore today (good soreness, thanks to Sarah) I would highly recommend the MAX to my friends and family.

Might I suggest adding a slower, lower key class one day a week, for mature individuals as myself, to be able to workout 5 days a week without the constant high level intensity. Speaking for myself, I alternate workout days to allow my body to recover therefore; something in between would be helpful for me....just a suggestion.

I like that you offer several classes, especially one at 5am.

I like the variety of exercises everyday. I like MACK! She is the best! I have attended a few classes, hers is the best!

I love going every morning. The work outs are great, but somehow there is such a great feeling of community and camaraderie. I have never felt so connected to a gym or a wellness program. Very very positive place.

At the beginning I was hesitant to join
MAX Challenge. My outlook on how to become fit and healthy was changed when I had my first trial session with them. The fitness program is challenging but I really enjoyed it. No boredom, I always looked forward on to the next day session. The nutrition program is really good. I likely recommend MAX Challenge to anyone who wants to become fit and healthy.

I love the challenge, the support, the nutrition. The advise that I am not alone, and that we are in the challenge together. The support network is awesome on Facebook. The diversity makes this so more adaptable then going to a gym an being on a treadmill. I have referred 4 friends who are active members.

It is a program with real results! It is the support of the Max Trainers and fellow Maxers that makes The Max Challenge stand out amongst other fitness programs. I have been raving about it since I became a Maxer!

I love the variety of exercises- I am never bored and always surprised. I love the energy of my trainer Mak- especially at 5 am! I love the social interactions and motivational push to keep going. I mostly love the strength my body has built and the 25 lbs I've lost :-)

What I really like about the program is the positive energy from everyone. The instructors, my fellow classmates are so encouraging. I'm so happy I decided to push myself out of my comfort zone and try THE MAX!

I have recommended this program and two of my friends have joined. This program has been the best fitness and nutrition program that Ellen Amon could even have insisted I join with her. I always found that I would work hard with my exercising and then would sabotage myself with my eating. With the Max the different phases help a whole lot so I know the food options that will not just fuel my workout but also my weight loss goals. Mak is one of the most AMAZING trainers ever!!!! I drive all the way from Plainfield to Union make sure that I don't miss her classes. She gives just the right amount of encouragement and torture and its' the best way to start any day. The program is supportive as well and that is an added plus. Definitely one of the best decisions I have made to join and now continue as a Legacy member.
