Max is not only a great workout with great results but it's so much fun. Everyone is so supportive. There is no judgement ...just a great group of members and instructors. Max is-also very involved in the community.

The instructors are incredible. It’s not like a regular gym where people come in all muscles out and think wow look at me I’m all toned n you are not. The MAX is family. All shapes and sizes, everyone helps everyone because we are all one.

It has changed my life.......I can walk up and down stairs with ease, taking care of my year old granddaughter is a breeze now and the energy level is amazing!!!! Best decision I have ever made! To boot, its changed my career too, because I now have so much more confidence in myself it shows in my work too!

The camaraderie with the members, support and motivation from the trainers is like no other gym hands down. The energy in the classes are fun and the routines are always updated. The nutrition program works and the results are proven with actual members we know, not paid models off the street. The support goes beyond the gym with the secret FB group. But most importantly to me, have been the friendships I've made.

I love the max since starting a little over a year ago. I'm not at my ideal weight or even close to it but I have more confidence in me and how I look at myself. There should be weekend classes even if it's just am hours I work 12 to 13 hours a day so I make it to the gym 2 to 3 days a week because of that having weekend classes would make a difference for alot of us there
