The Max challenge keeps you accountable but in the best fun way. The gym is very friendly and everyone is so supportive. Workouts are super fun and motivating. Everyone there is for the same purpose -- to lose weight and change their lifestyle for the better. Regular gyms have no support system. Take it to the MAX!

I can't even pick just one thing. I love the amount of support everyone gives. Even people I don't know make me feel confidant and proud of myself. It's also not a program that lies. Everything and everyone is REAL. When we have a set back you're not made to feel horrible. People are honest and share their everyday goals, setbacks, and truths. I've never been happier. About to finish this challenge, and can't wait to set some new goals. MAX of Old Bridge is the best. The instructors become like family. They care, and it makes you feel so good inside. There is so much more that I can say, there is not one bad thing about the MAX,

The "Personal" way the Instructors ( Andrea, Linda) make working out fun, challenging and refreshing. There is something to be said about when I walk into the Max, I am always greeted, by name. It is that special, unique edge that The Max has, and I always feel welcomed, no matter what class time I take. The support on social media is wonderful, any time I have reached out I get an extremely fast response, always!!!! The Max program overall is absolutely incredible. The classes are always interesting and challenging, and the instructors are phenomenal. Rich, the owner, is completely hands on and one of the most inspirational individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The nutritional plan and guidance is second to none, and the additional offering of the Max Meals that are prepared and delivered to your door helps members with extremely hectic schedules to remain compliant with the nutritional program. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle; there are numerous class times offered throughout the week and always someone to talk to and get advice from if you are ever encountering an issue or barrier in your personal health journey.

Maxers make everyone feel welcome regardless of level and ability to exercise.
Staff is interested in your progress . Max participates in local fundraising events with a physical presence not just a donation. Maxes come out in full force to support community activities.

I love the classes and how no one is there to judge you. Everyone works to the best of their own abilities. Friendly atmosphere and everyone offers encouragement to each of the members. I'm only beginning week 6 and I make sure I'm up every morning at 4:15 to make it to my 5am class! That in itself says so much because I am NOT a morning person.....well I am now! Thanks MAX!!

I love the personal training although a group setting; I love the trainers; I love the work outs and that they only last 45 minutes; I love how I feel afterward; I love the great people I work out with.
