I like the workouts, I never was one to work out. I'm stronger and feel better then I have in a long time. I found the nutritional part easy to follow and have totally changed my eating habits.

I did not have any motivation to work out by myself. The fact I have someplace to go and there is some accountability. Also, the owner operator and the instructors are really good at pushing our limits and at motivating.

The exercise program is intense and thorough. I love how it changes with a different concentration each night during the week. The Ocean Max instructor gave me a lot of one on one time, correcting my form when needed, making sure I understood and did the exercises properly. Wayne's 7 years as a personal trainer really shows in how he interacts with the class. We discussed diets, nutrition and he made some good recommendations and just went above and beyond with his time and help. I don't follow the Max recommended diet so the info was especially welcome.
I highly recommend Max Ocean. They stayed open on Good Friday for their students that wanted to work out. My previous Max location didn't feel it was necessary to do that.

The trainers are great and keep you motivated. The people in class are great as well. One suggestion is maybe having a yoga class on the weekend.

It's a wonderful program. It suits my needs right down to the 45 minutes time frame. The times offered r good and I like having the weekend off. The max people gently encourage the nutrition piece and I appreciate it. I will get on board with the nutrition fully one of these days. In the meantime it's nice to see all the new recipes up and my questions answered cheerfully. I have been recommending the Max Challenge of Ocean and will continue to do so. Thank you!!!

Everyone is so supportive and help you to stay motivated. Always give alternative exercises to do if you can't do what the class is doing so you don't get frustrated. You always feel they are open and available to answer questions or help you stay on track to reach your goals

Pam is great at encouraging me, I the workouts are great, they push me further than I would ever push myself. The diet plan does include some woo that has been scientifically disproven but the overall concept is a great way to get people to eat nutritionally dense foods and consume fewer calories over all.

The way everything works together...working out and nutrition. Also, the fact that everyone is doing the same thing at the same time creates such a spirit of support and camaraderie.

What I love most about Max of Ocean is the staff! The combo of Pam, Robyn, Melissa, Liz, Marissa, and Wayne, makes this place feel like an extended family that really cares for all of us Maxers. They are all very warm and genuine people and extremely helpful with both the fitness and nutritional components of the program. One of my better decisions of 2016 was to join this wonderful program. Thanks for a great experience.

It's a complete life changing experience. I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I've tried everything, and nothing worked like the Max. Pam and Robyn were two of the best coaches/motivators in the world. Sure, getting up early and getting to the gym isn't easy, but that's the hardest part. Once you get there, it's hard work, but it's worth every second, every bead of sweat, and every sore muscle. I started in April of 2016 at almost 310 lbs, and 10 weeks later, I was down 65 lbs and still losing. Here I am, almost a year later, and I'm down over 80 lbs! The things you will learn about diet and training, the things you will learn about how certain foods effect your body, and most importantly, the things you will learn about yourself, will change your life forever. This is the easiest, most effective and life changing program I have ever tried. I can't say enough about how Pam and her staff did for me, just by being themselves and giving me the tools to succeed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you have truly changed me and given me a new outlook on life.

I love the workouts. They are different every day, and you do not get bored. Love the small class sizes. All the instructors are personable and really care about you. They will modify a workout according to your needs.
