I love the trainers, coaches and the friendships that I have made at the Max and the ongoing support that you feel from everyone throughout the challenge. Also, I love that you are in and out of the workout in 45 mins. You feel energized and ready face the day!!!!

I LOVE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE, THEY ALWAYS TAKE THE TIME TO ASK ME HOW MY NUTRICION IS GOING ( I JOINED AFTER A CHALLENGE ALREADY STARTED) AND THEY TAKE THE TIME TO CATCH UP WITH ME, AND GIVE ME TIPS, AND FOLLOW MY PROGRESS WEEKLY~
THE INSTRUCTORS ARE AMAZING... I ESPECIALLY LOVE THAT I CAN GO MORE THAN ONCE A DAY, AND I HAVE TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THAT! I LOVE MY MORNING SESSION, BUT MY 5:30 CLASS IS THE ONE I TRULY LOOK FORWARD TO MOST... MY INSTRUCTOR NAT CANDIDO, REALLY PULLS OUT THE BEST IN ME AND MAKES ME BELIEVE I REALLY AN GET IN ONE MORE BURPEE, OR GET DOWN IN THAT SQUAT POSITION A LITTLE BIT LOWER! HE IS AMAZING TO TRAIN WITH AND HE HIMSELF IS A MAXX MEMBER... HE GETS IT... AND HE IS BEYOND FUNNY, SO THE 45 MINUTES FLIES BY! ITS A GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND I AM SO HAPPY TO BE PART OF IT! I LOOK FORWARD TO MANY YEARS OF LEGACY TO COME!!!

I love the variety of trainers, and each class is different. Trainers are truly passionate about what there role is, and helping each and every member.

My favorite things about The Max program are, in no specific order:
* The community of positive, supportive people
* The classes
* The class types (Cardio, Upper Body, Lower Body, Kick-boxing) based on day of the week
* The nutritional guidance
* Class hours which work within my schedule
* Convenient proximity from my house

I love the consistency of the classes - every day at the same time a class is available to me. And I love the challenging aspect of the classes. I would like to see more weights incorporated into the workouts.

The MAX program is consistent. I feel consistency is important if you are trying to get fit, lose or maintain weight, regain or maintain health especially as you age.
The program encourages sound nutrition. It does not promote fad diets or lose weight quick gimmicks. If you follow the nutrition program consistently you will lose weight, feel better, and avoid diseases such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
The program encourages you to give 100% at exercise, but your own 100%. Scientists have shown for years that cardiovascular exercise plays a vital role in overall health. Max incorporates upper body and leg exercises to strengthen core muscles. This helps avoid injury, maintain balance and flexibility, even can help prevent the crippling effects of arthritis. Exercise gives you more energy, makes you feel better, and allows you to sleep better.
Lastly, Max accomplishes all this with consistent energy, motivation, and teamwork. You may arrive to class everyday by yourself but once you walk in the door, you are part of something BIG!

I live the max community. The way the trainers care about the members, giving tips and recipes and always being available to answer questions or help you through a struggle. The nutrition program is easy to to adjust to.

I have always paid to belong to a gym, but never made the commitment to actually go on a regular basis. Since signing up for the MAX, I am excited to go work out every day. The group setting is extremely motivating and the great work out fit into just a 45 minute time period a day without having to use machines is the perfect fit for me. I have not felt this good since high school!
