Luv this place the motivation you get from everyone around you pushes you beyond your limit!!! I have gotten more out of these classes in the last 5 weeks than I've gotten from years of gym workouts! I look forward to coming everyday and feel bad when I miss a class! The instructors are amazing and the workouts are always changing!!! I go to the 8 pm class where Chris is the instructor and he does an amazing job, he keeps us moving helps us when we need help and always motivates! I started in the middle of the challenge and he had such patience during the classes showing me the correct way to do them!!! I can't say enough about my experience!!! It's been incredible!!!

Max makes exercising fun! They also vary the workouts, routines, and sequences so that you never get bored. I've joined other gyms but hardly ever attended. Now I go to the Max 5 days a week because I want to. I look forward to Mondays! I'm so glad that I did this for myself.

I like the people and my teacher Bob. Bob really helped give me alternate exercises and it helped me with rebuilding my week arm & shoulder. He is motivating and a great personality.

I can't say enough good things about the MAX! I may have signed for the 5 week special, but got amazing results. I will be returning for the full 10 week challenge for sure!

Love the Max!!Great group of people, extremely motivating and helpful with setting your personal goals. The exercises are perfect for the target areas that I am focusing on . Like the mix of different types of exercises throughout the week,helps keep things challenging. Nutrition is key to weight loss and they have wonderful ways to get results.Definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I really like my trainer, who always takes the time to explain the exercises and provide modifications. He also will correct form, which is so important for me to prevent injury.

My concerns about being in a class where I could not keep up or with people half my age, became a non issue. Everyone at every level has been great.
The general vibe of the classes are very supportive and judgement free.

The meal plan is easy enough to understand and if one plans in advance is easy to incorporate into daily life.

The workouts push you- but at the same time the instructors are helpful for different needs and you are never made to feel inadequate if your level is different from the others. As one of the older members this has been great as I really was unsure if I would fit inor be able to keep up. The encouragement s great and has made a huge difference!!!

I love the max challenge. It is the only gym that has "worked" for me. I love that classes are 45 minutes of high intensity training. The instructors are warm, welcoming, and make you work hard for your goals!

The MAX is the perfect combination of exercise and nutrition guidance. I look forward to going every night with my wife Joan, we have lost over 75 lbs. between us, and both feel great. Having a qualified trainer there to guide us and answer questions, but not judge, is just the right attitude for us. We will be members for life.
