The instructors, the energy, the high fives. How everyone encourages each other. It's like a family! It's all around the best gym I have ever been to. I belonged to another gym, paid for it monthly for 3 years and never went. At The Max the positive energy amongst everyone make me want to come every morning!

Everything! I'm challenged, yet every exercise and meal phase is doable. I'm a 55 year old female and have been a member for 10 months. I've lost 30 lbs (actually lost that in 6 mos and have been maintaining) but more importantly I feel better and have more energy. The coaches are also fantastic and being part of a "team" motivates me to do the exercises (I want to keep up:). I've done weight watchers and bought beach body programs but never got the results or the level of energy from them.

Luv this place the motivation you get from everyone around you pushes you beyond your limit!!! I have gotten more out of these classes in the last 5 weeks than I've gotten from years of gym workouts! I look forward to coming everyday and feel bad when I miss a class! The instructors are amazing and the workouts are always changing!!! I go to the 8 pm class where Chris is the instructor and he does an amazing job, he keeps us moving helps us when we need help and always motivates! I started in the middle of the challenge and he had such patience during the classes showing me the correct way to do them!!! I can't say enough about my experience!!! It's been incredible!!!

Max makes exercising fun! They also vary the workouts, routines, and sequences so that you never get bored. I've joined other gyms but hardly ever attended. Now I go to the Max 5 days a week because I want to. I look forward to Mondays! I'm so glad that I did this for myself.
