Love the support every step of the way. The ever changing workouts, the music during classes. Trainers that go out of their way to make you feel wanted and encourage you. The fact that if you miss a few classes they track you down to find out what's wrong and want to get you back to class to see you succeed. The trainers words of wisdom and pep talks after every class.

Seriously, what's not to love?!!

Our Max instructor, Bob, is positive encouraging, fun and lives and breathes the program. The support he provides as you progress physically and nutritionally is what has made me committed to the Max Challenge. He's made all the difference for me.

The MAX is the total package: nutrition and fitness. The only thing that can stop you from succeeding is yourself. Each class you challenge yourself to do better, be stronger, go longer, jump higher. The results are INSANE if you stick with the plan they provide and push yourself to do your absolute best.

I joined THE MAX Challenge because I needed motivation to get my butt to the gym and stay on track with nutrition. I needed the guidance and push to not give up after a weekend, a week, or a month. I tried countless exercise routines/programs/gyms and dieting programs. I start them, but never finished it or I would go back to eating unhealthy. When I tried my very first class at THE MAX, I knew in my heart this is what I needed. I had that gut instinct that this is it. I fell in love with the program. The atmosphere, the instructors, the people, everything about it brought so much positivity, energy, and encouragement. How could I not join?! There was never any doubt, competition, or negativity. You go at your own pace and everyone around you motivates you to keep going and everyone is ALWAYS cheering each other on.
The workout is planned and ready for you, all you need to do is give it your best for 45 minutes. ONLY 45 minutes out of your day. PLUS, the nutrition guidance is hands down, the most straight forward and best nutrition plan I have ever been on. I love THE MAX Challenge and recommend this program to absolutely everyone. THE MAX changed my life tremendously and I will never go back to my old unhealthy, out of shape lifestyle.

I love the variety of the week's workout. I love that it is 45 minutes. The trainer's are dedicated, knowledgeable and supportive! I love the new meal plan now too! What a great combination of working out and eating healthy!! And if you don't get your butt in the door for a few days, they are right on you making sure you stay the course!

I feel a comeraderi that I hadn't experienced at any other gym, which motivates me to go to class when I might otherwise stay home. I also participate at MY level and have definitely improved my stamina and reps for some exercises. Class is hard but what I get out of it makes it worthwhile.
