The fitness,( good work out there they work on different parts of the body 5 days a week.) There is so much motivation from all the staff and people that go to the Max.It makes you wanted and to come back everyday.The nutrition is good for you. Looking to lose weight or just eat right.The results are unbelievable.If you need help they are there all the time for you.It makes you feel that you belong there even if you fall off track.You can talk about any problems you have.They will give you support.

Participation in 3 The Max Challenges has taken me from someone who was morbidly obese, pre-diabetic and completely sedentary to finally being out of plus sizes, with normal blood sugar levels and a ton of confidence. I can't thank the staff enough for helping me achieve my goals and inspiring me to set even larger goals.

The Max program has been a great addition to my daily routine. The nutrition and fitness components are both doable for everyday living. The nutrition portion of the program is real food including ready to go recipes with an online guide. All of the exercises can be modified to your comfort level and ability until you feel confident and strong enough to move ahead and try the exercises that are more challenging. The trainers are all very helpful and will modify exercises for you at any time. There is a sense of comradery in the class with a feeling like all members in the class are on the journey of weightloss and fitness together.
The trainers are all very helpful and many have been through this journey and were also members before becoming trainers so they have firsthand knowledge of what it feels like to be in our shoes.
I have joined and quit many gyms throughout the years, I can honestly say this is one gym/fitness program where I can show up, follow the trainer and be done with a workout in 45 min. and leave feeling energized.
I like to refer to this program as "fitness for dummies" because you don't have to remember your workout routine, how much weight to lift, where to put the seat on the equipment ect. Anyone can do it, you just follow the trainer. The best part is everyone is so focused on their own workout that no-one is watching what your doing so there is no need to be self conscious about how you look while exercising.
If you do feel self conscious in the beginning you can go to the back of the room until you build up your confidence to move up to the middle of the room and eventually the front of the room. Each workout day is different with gamedays, cardio, arm days, legs days and everyone's favorite the Friday kick/shadow boxing dance party to kick off the weekend!
I have highly recommended this program to many friends and family! The best part is you can try a couple classes out for free! Trust me you will be hooked into a 10 week challenge!! You can do anything for 10 weeks. After the first 10 week challenge you will want to challenge yourself to another 10 weeks as you make connections with others in your class. Each class ends with an inspirational quote that will send you off with the confidence to make daily improvements within yourself everyday! The best part is there are no classes on the weekends! he weekends are yours, so you can spend your weekends guilt free with family! Workout on your time.
I also love that the MAX accounts for life events, for example if you go on vacation you can "freeze" your time so you do not lose that week or chunk of time. I am currently coming to the end of my second 10 week challenge and looking forward to my third 10 week challenge.
Hamilton Max is outstanding and so are their dedicated trainers Noel, Heather, Kristen, Michelle, Anthony and Mikey!!
Give it a try you have everything to gain (energy, weight loss, confidence,fitness and strength) and nothing to lose!

I have been to many gyms and workout classes but lost interest in a couple of weeks. this is the longest i have stuck to a program. It has helped me eat better and make better choices.I have more energy and i love the class I workout with we are supportive of each other and push each other. I feel we are more like family than just a workout place.

The MAX program is like no other gym that I have ever been to. From the Owners to the Trainers to the other members, everyone is in the same boat. They all care about the well being of each other. Everyone pushes each other to be the best that they can be. The Motivation, Nutrition and Fitness is TOP NOTCH in my eyes.

What I love most and am genuinely grateful for is the camaraderie of the members. It gives you a sense of acceptance and a comfort level to be who you are from the beginning of your journey to the end. This unconditional acceptance is priceless, and it's absolutely incredible to think that I could've gone my whole life without ever experiencing this. I thank God every day for bringing me to the front door of The Max Challenge.

I love the friendly atmosphere and motivation. I paid a personal trainer for about 90 days and, if I missed a session or three, he was okay with that; however, if I miss a MAX day, I get a phone call or text checking on me which makes me feel lime more than a source of income. The MAX of Hamilton is also the first place I've been in years where I'm comfortable in my fat! I don't have to wear layers to cover up or disguise the areas of my body I struggle with nor do I have to be/feel ashamed. There are all shapes, sizes and levels and everyone motivates one another. I took a later class than usual the other day and they all encouraged and greeted me as if I was a regular part of their "team." The MAX is like a welcoming workout community!
