The Max Challenge is a wonderful program. What I like the most about it is the bond that is made between the people and even between the other Maxers and the instructors. I also like that it is a lifestyle change and does not make you feel like you are on a diet but instead choosing the correct foods to nourish your body.

You can't ever get bored; each and every day is different. I love that there are modifications of every exercise that can be done so that I can participate in the MAX Challenge. Kristin is an awesome instructor who knows my limits and lets me know what modification to do as needed. I have been a member for over a year and never miss a class unless absolutely unavoidable. Both the exercise and nutrition program have changed my life forever.

The workouts, nutrition, family-like classes, the trainers are amazing, caring, very interested and take pride in our accomplishments.

I'm addicted to this gym. It's not a chore to go it's an all around amazing place to be. Love every workout and all my new friends. It's actually fun and I appreciate all the support provided either by trainers or fellow gym members

I have been with The Max for a little over 2 years and love the classes, I never know what I'm walking into. The classes are very supportive of each other. And it has helped me be more aware of what I'm eating and helps me to make better choices. I have lost 30 lbs and have kept it off love the program.
