So I have tried a lot of different diets, exercise programs and joined many gyms but was never successful. I would lose weight, sometimes a lot of weight but I would inevitably put it back on and then some. What THE MAX has given me is accountability and camaraderie and that is the x-factor. I am in week 5 of my 10 week challenge and I have not missed a class. I have lost 20 pounds so far and I know that I can continue to lose more.

It works!!! It's a family that has my back 24-7! Any question I have will be answered( even at 3am)ps they call you if you don't show up!!!

I love how class is never boring. You don't stay in the same place. You go from solo, to group setting, to relays. Everyone is always so supportive. I'm a little shy so I'm not one to hoot and holler but I like the fact that that is going on and it makes it fun. Loud music playing gets me energized and pumped. The varying fitness levels make for a less intimidating atmosphere. I am also thrilled with the results that I feel and see. Stages of the nutrition plan make it easier to be successful. The other piece that I like about it is the kind of motivational talks at the end of class. I am a person who definitely benefits from some daily affirmations or just honest reflection.

The program drives me to do and be my best. I feel empowered and stronger every class I take. Everyone supports each other and we have fun doing it! 45 minutes come and I'm disappointed my class is over. Heather Michelle Gibbs is my trainer and she's supportive and shows me proper exercise techniques.
All in all I highly recommend this program it has changed my life.

I love the intense workouts. The instructors are great. The people in class are very nice. I love that we had a day of giving. My only complaint is that the classes rarely start on time and they always seem to finish a bit early. I pay a lot of money to belong to this gym. It is the most expensive in the area. I would like to get in a FULL 45 minute workout.

The Max has given me the opportunity to better myself. I have made myself a priority for the first time in years and it feels great. I have enjoyed the support, encouragemt & inspiration I have found in both the trainers and in those who work out with me every day. The Max is not just a program I follow or a gym I work out it. The Max is a lifestyle, a new healthy & happy way of life for me, & my family too! I've become a better me which is good for all of us!

I like the comradie of the people because we are all there together trying to achieve a goal. Personally, I lost my thyroid to cancer, underwent therapy because it spread but it's been 11 years and im cancer free. I'm an avid exerciser and coming here has allowed me to really focus on nutrition. I pride myself on my healthy eating habits but now updated them even more, I.e gluten free. Since I have no metabolism and losing weight is so difficult, I'm anxious to see how many inches I will have lost at the end of my 10 week journey, following the eating plan and exercises.

I have been doing max for 6 weeks now and I love it. I needed a way to get into shape but also been fun so it would motivating t actually wanna do. In one month I dropped to pants sizes and couldn't be happier.. Max. Is a great environment and a great place to make friends and have fun working out.
