The energy from the instructors, how they mix up the workouts from week to week. The support and encouragement you get from them and also from the members around you. If you follow the nutrition program and stick with the classes, you are guaranteed to have success.

A gentle, supportive atmosphere that inspires you to work on being the best you, you can be. Not competitive, but pushes you to work hard and improve on your previous accomplishments. Very motivational instructors who make sure you are working smart and safe and show you how to modify any activity so it is appropriate to your fitness level. If you are ready to lose weight, gain muscle and be confident, this is the right choice.

Instructors and atmosphere are motivating! Amanda Harwood and Gigi are warm and friendly. Diet is difficult but effective.

*Great Instructors, variety of exercises which involves muscles I never knew I had, nutrition (I must admit I am not super compliant but I have always eaten veggies, fish, chicken, etc plus I've never been a dairy person)
*Sincerity of staff and fellow maxers. Your philosophy makes people feel confident at every level, supports people if they fall, and has a vested interest in their success.
* I am not a morning person, nor do I have to get up for a 6 am class but I do because of all these reasons!

I love the dedicated instructors. They bring energy to each workout and push you as an individual without being pushy. I TRULY feel like MAX is family and I can't thank Rich enough for taking the time with us that Friday afternoon to explain everything to us. Because of you I am starting to find my strength again!

I enjoy the energy of the classes and the length of time of each. In the past, exercise classes were endless! At the MAX, I know I can work hard, complete my workout, and it still fits my schedule!!
