I love the instructors. They make talking the hard workouts and being creative in making it fun. They are very supportive in class. And the results are awesome. I would and do gladly recommend it to friends, family and anyone the is looking for a workout program.

I'm going on my 43rd week at The Max. I was turning 60, suffering from Type II diabetes, on blood pressure and cholesterol medicine and about 50 pounds overweight! I knew if I didn't do something I'd end up dying young just like my mother. That just didn't seem like an option to me. I'd given a lot of other gyms a try but something about The Max kept calling me. I sent Amy an email and her enthusiasm about The Max shined through. I went in for a trial class and the rest is history! I'm down 40 pounds, off cholesterol medicine and my A1C is within normal range. I'm as excited 43 weeks later as I was when I walked in the door. There is no pressure to compete against anyone but yourself. It's the most welcoming place I've ever been to and because of the Max I'm much healthier, stronger and more confident. I'm looking forward to celebrating my Maxiversary and proudly wearing the shirt!

There's so much confusing and conflicting information available on nutrition and exercising - it's very overwhelming. I like the concept of having everything already figured out. That's all i have to do is follow the diet program and put the work in every day at the gym. The results will follow. It really just takes the guesswork out of getting the most result for my effort.

The group exercise is also a huge plus for me. Left to my own, I easily lose motivation and stop going to the gym after a few weeks. Getting that workout on my daily schedule and working with the same people over and over adds that extra dynamic that keeps me coming every day.

The encouragement from the group. I like the class schedule. If I had the option to just go to the gym I would find an excuse not to. I look forward to going to class. It has helped me become more motivated and I even walk a few miles on the weekends which I wouldn't normally do.

Not only are the workouts amazing... the people that work there and the members are an incredible bunch! Throw in the nutrition support and it truly is the complete package!

I love the staff. I love the people that I work out with. I love that we come in all shapes, ages, and sizes and there's no judgenent. I love that the program works if you follow it. I love the support and positive atmosphere. I love that tbe place is clean and the floor is soft. I love that they offer modifed exercise alternatives. I love that I found a good fit for me!

The support, from the staff and fellow Maxers.
The program is doable for all ages. If you follow it , it works!
The exercise classes challenge you but they are fun. And you are not there for hours.
The nutrition part is easy to follow and I never felt deprived,just felt better and healthier.

The program is excellent! Trainers really care about you! They make sure you are doing the exercise and nutrition correctly! The only thing I wish they would do is either weight you or do your measurements in the beginning of your challenge along w the photo!

The MAX is the best thing I've done for myself in a very long time. Amy is so motivating and encouraging each and every morning!
I love the support that is shared among all of the members.
The nutrition is also very do-able..and it works!!!!

I love the family, no judgement feeling. How everyone cheers for your success as much as their own. I love how every day is different and you don't know what to expect when you come to class. I love the encouragement and support from the owner and staff. I love the nutrition, it is easy to follow and is regular food. And I LOVE the results. I have recommended this program time and time again and am thrilled to see the results of my friends and family as they progress. I can never say enough wonderful things about The Max Challenge. It is real, it is simple, and it works.
