I like that it's every day and for only 45 minutes which is so manageable. The motivation and small group setting works really well. I find that I want to go every day and really look forward to it. The nutrition part is also very do-able. But most importantly, I'm regaining my energy level which is why I signed up.

I was comfortable from the first time I walked into the Max. I never felt intimidated by any of the exercises, I can go at my own pace. I feel stronger and have so much more energy.

Great variety of workout routines to keep you from getting bored or stale. Nice ability to work at your personal best to achieve results. Nutrition guidelines are sensible - even if sometimes a little difficult to track.

Being back for the second time has reminded me of the reason why I joined. I have missed the camaraderie and support from everyone. Knowing I can work to my level 10 which is different than it was before makes me feel motivated to keep going.

I love that I did not feel force to sign on. I loved that depending of the my schedule at work or my personal life, I can take a different class and get the same attention from all the wonderful trainers. I love that the trainers and the people are so nice and supporting. I love that I do no feel obligated to push my self... I feel en coraje by the whole group. I love how every week, I feel strongly and can do a little more. I love to see and feel the difference in my body. I love when I see a new muscle show up... there you are ... nice to see you again. That is why, I love to go after work and if I need to... I do not care to wake up early... because I love that it is working!!!
