The constant change of workout and music. The instructors are wonderful. The friends you make who are always supportive even if you miss a day or a week or a month. Once you have completed your first 10 week challenge and become a legacy member you have a family for life.

This is the first program I have actually totally committed to long term - while I don't follow the food program to the letter I definitely have been 'taught' what to do and I'm so much more compliant to good choices. The exercise class is awesome....the instructors, the staff, the true comradarie of the other members. I never use to want to get up in the morning to exercise but now I cannot wait. And when I miss class I'm bummed. So many new friends...it's great!

What I like best about the Max Challenge is that it's never boring. Everyday is always something different. The instructors are always devising new ways to challenge everyone, while at the same time keeping it fun. I actually look forward to getting up at 5:20am to attend My 6:00am class everyday. It's a great way to start the day!

Fantastic instructor!! I most like how the program is able to meet the fitness needs or goals for all types of people; male, female , young, old and all body shapes and sizes. Those attending the class feel comfortable in the surrounding knowing how welcoming this program is.

You'll feel better, be eating better, look better, lose weight and be in better aerobic shape.....Period! All it takes is getting there 5 days a week for 10 weeks.....which is not always easy....but if you do and follow the nutritional guidelines.....you will not be disappointed. Making this journey with a peer group is lots more fun.....everyone supports everyone else....some folks are thin....some not so much....but everyone is supportive. The staff is great....makes it fun. Highly recommended.

I LOVE THE MAX, because it's a well thought out system that can work for any body type. It's a clear cut program that tells you exactly what you need to do and how to do it in order to lose weight and get fit while eating delicious healthy foods. I also like how the workouts are geared towards toning your entire body in a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere.

The Max is incredible. I am so pleased with the improvements I have made over the past 4 months. I am so much stronger, have increased my flexibility and can do things now that I couldn't when I started. The instructors and staff are the best. You can change classes if your schedule changes for a day or two! You can modify any exercise as needed and still make significant improvements to your health. I had blood work done in Jan and again in April of this year and you can already see changes for the better. I hope to continue my progress into the future.

I love that THE MAX Challenge is a judgement free zone. I love that you can modify the workout and even the nutrition plan to meet your own needs. And I love the people, trainers, staff and members alike!

I love a lot of things about the the MAX, but I think what I love most are the people that I have met since I started. The instructors are great coaches - knowledgeable and supportive, they really care about your progress. My fellow MAXers have become my teammates. We encourage each other to achieve our respective goals. Most importantly, we all have a lot of fun together and that helps me look forward to working so hard everyday.
