Love the different workouts during the week. Never stale and always packed with high energy, great music and a room full of motivated fun members.
I love that The Max started as a weight loss program for me, and three years later is an integral part of my every day life.

The MAX seriously changed my life! I have always struggled with my weight--prior to joining the MAX, I had tried Weight Watchers (numerous times!), Ride & Reflect, Bar Method, joined the YMCA, and did I mention joined Weight Watchers multiple times??? I would lose a few pounds and then drop back to old habits. Finally, I took Robin Hoyt's advice and joined the MAX on June 26, 2017--it is now November 3, 2017 and I am down 18 pounds and have solidified healthy habits. I have to say, that I really could not have accomplished any of this without the support of my trainer, Karolina! Karolina has continued to push me to reach my goals--her classes are tough, but she has an intuitive sense of what every single person in that room needs! Karolina has made all the difference for me, and she is the reason I have committed to the program.

The environment is so supportive. The instruction, for both physical and nutrition, helps you each and every day. I've tried many other training plans and this one is clearly the best.

I like the variety each day by week (cardio, arms, cardio, etc.), at the end of the week I feel like I've worked everything. I also like some of the partner work, it helps to change it up. Everyone is very motivating.
