Distinct feeling that there is a 1:1 training session with instructor (Karolina the Terminator) even though there may be 20+ people in the room during a workout session. This instructor corrects when necessary and pushes which is critical. Great attitude, great music and I'm looking for great results. First name removed

I most LOVE the people - both instructors and members! Everyone is amazing, supportive, motivating and just overall fun to be around. What I don't like ... touch and jumps, haha!

I really enjoyed the class on Wednesday, I felt like a Super Hero for sure ;) . Everyone was welcoming, and that made me feel so comfortable to be there. "The Max" is "The Max" no matter what location and that's a great thing! Looking forward to see you all again!

I have really enjoyed the past 8 weeks at The Max. I can see results already. I enjoy the length of the class and the intensity of every workout. I like how everyday the workout is different from previous days. The staff is also very friendly and kind. I went away for a few weeks and was given "hotel" workouts that I was able to do while I was away. The printouts were given to me at the next scheduled class. I also really enjoy the instructor (Val). She is encouraging and inspires me to do my best. Overall, I have been pleasantly pleased with my experience at The Max and look forward to continuing my membership.

The classes are well structured, fun and and right amount of challenge thrown in some days makes it really fun and worth it.
The exercises and the nutrition is helping me achieve my health goals.

The Max is the best thing that I have done for myself in a very long time. I'm on my second challenge and LOVE it! The program really works! It's a great way to lose weight and get in shape in a healthy, positive and encouraging environment! I highly recommend and encourage anyone looking to make positive changes to their health and appearance to check out the Max.

The MAX challenge workouts don't get boring. Each day the workout (and the music) is different and you are encouraged to interact with your classmates and to work at your own pace. There is always someone available to ask questions about nutrition, or anything really! I have been going to the MAX for about a year and have lost inches but gained confidence. I love the MAX!
