You'll feel better, be eating better, look better, lose weight and be in better aerobic shape.....Period! All it takes is getting there 5 days a week for 10 weeks.....which is not always easy....but if you do and follow the nutritional guidelines.....you will not be disappointed. Making this journey with a peer group is lots more fun.....everyone supports everyone else....some folks are thin....some not so much....but everyone is supportive. The staff is great....makes it fun. Highly recommended.

I LOVE THE MAX, because it's a well thought out system that can work for any body type. It's a clear cut program that tells you exactly what you need to do and how to do it in order to lose weight and get fit while eating delicious healthy foods. I also like how the workouts are geared towards toning your entire body in a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere.

The Max is incredible. I am so pleased with the improvements I have made over the past 4 months. I am so much stronger, have increased my flexibility and can do things now that I couldn't when I started. The instructors and staff are the best. You can change classes if your schedule changes for a day or two! You can modify any exercise as needed and still make significant improvements to your health. I had blood work done in Jan and again in April of this year and you can already see changes for the better. I hope to continue my progress into the future.

I love a lot of things about the the MAX, but I think what I love most are the people that I have met since I started. The instructors are great coaches - knowledgeable and supportive, they really care about your progress. My fellow MAXers have become my teammates. We encourage each other to achieve our respective goals. Most importantly, we all have a lot of fun together and that helps me look forward to working so hard everyday.

Love the nutrition program and the instructor led classes. I never would have imagined I would enjoy a class workout but it's not like anything I've ever experienced. The high energy, support and cheers from fellow members and the laughs all make for a great 45 minute workout! My day is not the same if I don't start with my morning class!

I love the welcoming feeling at The Max Challenge. I feel like everyone is always encouraging everyone to be the best they can and they celebrate each other's achievements even the small ones. As a first time member, I feel like we are all in this together even though some have been members for more than one challenge. They know and understand where I am on this journey. It's such a positive, non-judgemental atmosphere

Individuals are encouraged to work at their personal best, even though sometimes you are paired with someone that works faster, or the entire class counts off jumping jacks...that make is a little more intimidating to go at your own pace.

Love max. Gave me my life back. Amy picked me up when i was down and introduced me to my max family, havent looked at scale yet but fitting in to clothes i met my wife in and going on vacation on my 9 th week she promised me i would be a large from 2 xxl and already there with most clothes , love the results people keep complementing me but am modest and hard for me to hear even though they are true , my life has changed and im the last person who would have though have 4 restraunts and 3 kids and make the time to come an hour away for a reason , great class am tires but feel rewarded at the end , am at 5 weeks and being more compliant every day if u need a reason talk to me mike Last name removed from bernards cafe, i can show u how i looked previously wont reveal weight till 9 or 10 weeks but give it 100 percent for so many reasons from certain people not naming names but get out of bed every day some how was 247 when i started. Commmiment is important and they do the rest, have nothing else to say but feel acomplished every day and still learning , thank u

The instructors, the tempo of class, the momentum you find in yourself when working out with a larger group! I find The Max an enjoyable way to feel accountable, both to show up to sweat and to keep tabs on my diet. The positive atmosphere and supportive vibe are amazing! Everyone is there for their own goals, but you can feel the group pulling each other to "Max Out" everyday. Clap it Up!

The workout is never the same and if it may be the same on a weekly basis I wouldn't know. It is fun, encouraging, dynamic and it pushes me. I also love the opportunities of different classes.
